Associate Veterinarian
A growing, owner-operated 4-location companion animal group
An independent, owner-operated group of four companion animal clinics in southwestern Connecticut is adding an associate veterinarian through VetBridge. The group runs a high-volume, affordable-care model that keeps veterinary medicine within reach for local families, which means a broad, varied caseload and a steady flow of patients.
The role is based in Fairfield County with time split between two nearby locations, and the group is expanding into the Midwest, so early doctors grow with it. Housing support is available for relocating veterinarians, including owner-arranged apartment options.
VetBridge coordinates the TN visa (through independent immigration attorneys), Connecticut licensing, and relocation, at no cost to the veterinarian.
What you'll do
- Provide wellness, sick, and preventive care across a high-volume caseload
- Perform routine surgery and dentistry
- Work efficiently with technician support across two nearby locations
- Communicate warmly with a diverse, cost-conscious client base
What we're looking for
- DVM from an AVMA-accredited school, or ECFVG/PAVE in progress
- NAVLE passed, or ready to sit for it
- TN-eligible: Mexican or Canadian citizenship
- 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
