Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the VetBridge USA site and our services. By using the site or submitting your information, you agree to these terms.
1. What VetBridge USA is
VetBridge USA is a coordination and recruiting service that connects veterinarians trained in Mexico and Canada with clinics in the United States, and supports the NAVLE exam preparation, state licensing, and TN visa process.
2. We are not a law firm
VetBridge USA is not a law firm and does not provide immigration legal advice. Visa filings and the corresponding legal advice are handled by independent immigration attorneys. Information on this site is general and informational, and does not constitute legal, immigration, or professional advice.
3. Outcomes we do and do not guarantee
Visa, licensing, and examination outcomes are determined by government agencies, state veterinary boards, consulates, and the ICVA, not by VetBridge USA. Success also depends on your profile, your performance on required exams, and the decisions of third parties outside our control. For this reason, VetBridge USA does not guarantee passing the NAVLE, obtaining a license, the issuance of a visa, a job placement, or the timing of any government or board decision.
Any service commitment VetBridge USA makes to a client under a separate written agreement is governed by that agreement, and nothing in this section limits it.
4. Information you provide
You agree to provide accurate, current information. Profile evaluations and timeline estimates are based on the information you give us; if it is inaccurate, our recommendations may not apply to your case.
5. Fast-track eligibility
The accelerated path referenced on this site applies to graduates of FMVZ-UNAM during the period that school held AVMA accreditation (2011-2025), and to graduates of AVMA-accredited Canadian veterinary schools. Each person's eligibility is confirmed individually against the official requirements in effect.
6. Costs
A veterinarian's initial profile evaluation is free and carries no obligation; the program has no cost to veterinarians, as described on our veterinarians page. Client costs, where they apply, are set out in that client's own agreement with VetBridge USA.
7. Intellectual property
The content, brand, and materials on this site belong to VetBridge USA and may not be reproduced without authorization.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetBridge USA will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or decisions made based on the information provided.
