At VetBridge USA we respect your privacy. This Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. By submitting a profile evaluation, a clinic membership, or a role posting, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who is responsible for your data
VetBridge USA is responsible for handling the personal data you provide us. For any questions about this Policy or your data, write to us at hola@vetbridgeusa.com.
2. What data we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we collect:
- Full name, email address, and phone number (WhatsApp)
- For veterinarians: university and graduation year, English level, license status, and NAVLE exam status, plus documents you upload (degree, license, passport, CV, photograph) once you create a candidate account
- For clinics: clinic name, state, role details, and account login information
- Anonymous technical data about the campaign that brought you to the site (for example, the ad source) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising
3. How we use your data
- Evaluate a veterinarian's profile or a clinic's role, and contact you by WhatsApp, email, or phone
- Explain your path to practicing in the United States, or to hiring, and coordinate next steps
- Match veterinarian candidates with clinic roles, and, with your consent, connect candidates with sponsoring clinics and clinics with allied immigration attorneys
- Operate candidate and clinic dashboard accounts, including document review and membership billing
- Improve our site and our campaigns
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with sponsoring clinics, candidate profiles, and allied attorneys when you advance in the process and consent to it.
4. Providers that support us
We use trusted third-party services to operate the site and store information securely, including database and hosting providers, payment processing for clinic memberships, and advertising measurement tools such as Meta (Facebook). These providers only process data according to our instructions.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at hola@vetbridgeusa.com and we will respond to your request.
6. Retention and security
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, and we apply reasonable security measures to protect it. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
